I started my CrossFit journey in 2018. I had always been interested in CrossFit, but honestly was too intimidated by the workouts to even think of trying it. Some convincing by my wife and friends led me to try it out, and I was instantly hooked! Yes, the first couple of weeks were filled with the regular "what have I gotten myself in to", but I fell in love with the methodology, the community, and fitness!
I have 5 kids, and one of the advantages of doing CrossFit, is that it gives me the energy to keep up with them, which is a huge plus. I have been amazed at the reversals in my health markers since starting CrossFit and taking simple steps to eat healthy.
My passion for CrossFit led me become a Level 1 CrossFit coach. I like to share my passion and enthusiasm for CrossFit with all the classes I coach. I like to have fun with our members, and remind them that if the stick with CrossFit, and accessorize as much as possible, they will achieve their goals!
