We keep it simple by using full-body functional movements (ie. deadlift, squat and push press) as the foundation of our programming. By focusing on the basics we improve overall health and physical fitness.
We change it up by incorporating different movements, equipment, and weight loads in our workouts. This variation keeps the body and mind challenged and leads to greater results.
We make it tough by pushing the intensity of each workout whether by weight, distance or speed. We push the limits. Workouts never get easier, we just get stronger.
We value your time CFSG is open to its members six days a week with coach-led classes in the morning and evening to accommodate almost any schedule. Outside of our normal class schedule, we offer open gym times, to allow members the flexibility to workout on their own time.
We have the tools, all you gotta do is show up. We provide a wide range of mobility, strength and conditioning equipment, customized coaching from experienced trainers, and individual performance tracking, all inside our air-conditioned facility.
We are family and your family is our family. We have a kids area, so mom or dad can workout, while the kids hang out and watch movies.
